5.2 Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 We request that the customer/recipient send a clear picture of the problem and any order details to our management team at support@dugoutmugs.com. From there we will check for warranty coverage and expedite a replacement directly to you.

6.2 If you want to return your custom mug - unfortunately, we cannot restock them. It's a personalized one-of-a-kind mug, but our team will do our best to assist you in getting a replacement at little cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thompson Mug Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
